It enjoys a privileged view of the Valentre Bridge, the Lot with its lock (with a slight sound background from the water and a micro-power station), its causeway, its pleasure boating and the surrounding hills. It is located close to the centre of Cahors "Ville d'Art et d'Histoire" in the Lot loop, near the shops, swimming pool and water sports activities 1 km away. Easy parking in front of the residence.
