Gîte located in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional, in Niaux, on the banks of the Vicdessos river and facing the mountains, ideal for fishing enthusiasts. Ground floor: single room with well-equipped kitchen area, dining area and living room with wood-burning stove and TV, wc, washbasin. 1st floor: two bedrooms, each with 1 double bed, one of which opens onto a large sunny terrace with river and mountain views. 2nd floor: one bedroom with 3 single beds + an umbrella bed. Accommodation for up to 6 people. Bathroom with toilet. Courtyard overlooking the river, barbecue. Shops and services in Tarascon sur Ariège 4 km away. Travelling baker every morning, restaurant on site. Within walking distance of the house: Niaux caves, cow caves, horse farm, museum of rural art, spinning mill for Pyrenean wool, and nearby, numerous sporting activities and walks. Pets welcome.
