"La Maison de Nénène is a Cancale house as charming as Annie the owner. It's located in a quiet area on the heights of La Houle. The town centre and port are a 10-minute walk away. It will delight parents and children alike, with its play equipment and large enclosed garden. Semi-detached house (not overlooked) on one level for 5 people: * Ground floor: : > A living room equipped with a wood-burning stove, comprising a lounge and a sitting room. > A separate, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, gas hob). > Bathroom with shower and separate WC. > One bedroom for 2 people (140cm bed) and 1 bedroom for 3 people (140cm bed and 90cm bed). > The gîte also provides an additional folding bed for an adult. * Outside : > Enclosed garden with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, children's play area. > Private parking in the courtyard. * Facilities and services : > WI-FI, TV, TNT. > Baby facilities with cot + mattress, bath, high chair, potty, WC booster seat, playpen.
