GITE CATHERINE : 75m2, classified 2 stars (furnished accommodation) and 3 keys (CLEVACANCES) For 6 people, in the heart of the Livradois Forez park, near Thiers, capital of cutlery, we welcome you to an old renovated farmhouse at 15 rue du Moulin Bourdillon (a small hamlet located 1 km from Vollore-Montagne, population 308 and altitude 860 m and 15 minutes from the A89 motorway). *** Gîte not accessible to people with reduced mobility *** It comprises : - a 35 m² living room with a fully-equipped kitchen area (hob, traditional and microwave ovens, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, flat-screen TV, DVD player, etc.) and a lounge area with a 2-seater sofa bed. - 3 bedrooms (upstairs): 2 bedrooms with double beds (140cm), one of which has a cot (high chair and small baby bath), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm). - a shower room - separate WC - a garage for bikes and motorbikes This gîte is decorated with care. Numerous activities nearby: walks, mountain biking, motorbikes (mini-bike school nearby), museums, castles, lakes, Aubusson lake 9 km away (Pavillon Bleu). RATES for 6 people: 350 or 390 € per week depending on the season + 30 € if 8 people. Cleaning service 60 €. Outside school holidays: possibility of booking by the night (min. 2 nights). No overnight rentals during school holidays. Services: bed linen provided, bed made on arrival, all charges included, 6 € per day for a small animal. A deposit of €400 is required, which will be returned if there are no problems. Bed and breakfast (except during school holidays): 65€/night for 2 people (breakfast included - min 2 nights).
