Enjoy this beautiful house ideally located next to the beaches of the Gulf of Morbihan, 5 minutes walk from the beach of Tréhervé or 5 minutes drive from the beach of Damgan and 15 minutes from the pretty little port of Penerf. The shops of Ambon, Damgan and Muzillac are just 5 minutes away by car (also accessible by partially developed cycle paths), and the beautiful town of Vannes is 20 km away. For your outings, we have prepared a small guide to help you prepare for your stay and we can give you all the information you need about restaurants, markets, villages to visit, entertainment and activities on offer when you arrive. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday in complete tranquillity. The garden is fully enclosed and planted with trees, so you can relax on the deckchairs and chairs provided. The covered, south-west-facing terrace is perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners, whatever the weather. You can park 2 vehicles inside the enclosed area and additional parking spaces are available in the allotment. Inside, you will find a large, well-decorated living area of 39m2, comprising a dining room and lounge as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. The entrance, ground floor bedroom, WC and bathroom doors are wide doors designed for PRM. You will enjoy 3 large bedrooms, one on the ground floor (160cm bed) and two upstairs (140cm beds), and a large mezzanine converted into a reading corner or children's area (books and games available). Each bathroom has a washbasin and shower. There is a separate WC on the ground floor. All rooms (ground floor and bedrooms) are equipped with mosquito nets to allow ventilation day and night if necessary. Linen (sheets, towels, household linen) is included in your rental price, as are cleaning products and a few kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, etc.). We also provide equipment for babies and young children (changing mat, chair, cutlery, etc.). You can arrive and leave your rental in complete peace of mind by taking advantage of our ‘housekeeping-drive’ service: your Drive order will be available on arrival and we will take care of the cleaning at the end of your stay.
