In the South West of France, the charming little town of Nérac is home not only to Henry IV’s château, a major attraction in the Aquitaine region, the Garenne nature park with the river Baïse running through it but also the "Villa Gaïa" guest house. The detached house was built in the 1970s and has been completely renovated, with air-conditioning, a swimming pool and a private closed garden. Close to an A road the house is easily accessible: 2 minutes on foot from commodities: shops, supermarkets, fast food restaurants, water park... and a great departure point to discover all the cultural, sports activities and restaurants the region has to offer.
