Come and discover La Maison du Pêcheur, an exceptional 4-star, waterfront rental property just 80 m from the sea and a fine sandy beach, with the GR34 accessible from the house. Enjoy the calm and serenity of the setting, with its enclosed garden, large terrace with sea views, and the indoor swimming pool heated to 29°C from early April to late September (shared with 2 other rental properties). The property is ideally located, with shops only 3 km away. House: 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 x 160cm beds, 2 x 90cm beds (possibility of making a 180cm bed), cot and equipment (sheets and towels provided, beds made on arrival), large living room-kitchen with full sea view, 1 shower room, 1 separate WC, combined freezer, oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, WIFI internet access, garden furniture, barbecue, terrace, enclosed garden and private parking, heated swimming pool shared with 2 other properties. Weekly rates (all charges included) 1 700 €: 6 July to 24 August 2025 1 350 €: 29 June to 6 July / 24 August to 31 August 2025 835 €: April - May - June - September - Christmas 2025 638 €: low season In the low season, you can rent for a minimum of 4 nights for €180 per night, which decreases according to the length of your stay.
