This brand-new holiday home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, just 350 m from Saint Vincent sur Jard town centre with its shops, 1 km from Le Goulet beach and the famous Clemenceau house with its flower-filled garden. On one level, it comprises a bright living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge, a pantry with access from the kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility (2 single beds 90*200 cm, 1 double bed 140*190 and 1 single bed 160*200 only in the PRM bedroom), a PRM shower room with WC and a separate WC. You will appreciate the 2 terraces, one at the front of the house, the other at the back with garden furniture, as well as its small shady garden for relaxing. A parking space adjoining the house, with its own ramp, is provided for your convenience. You will also have access to a shed for storing your bikes during your stay.
