Enjoy a pleasant stay in this holiday home, which can accommodate up to 15 people and is ideal for holidays with family or friends. Situated at the entrance to Saint Fulgent, between the Puy du Fou and La Roche sur Yon, this completely renovated house of around 300m² is spread over 3 levels. The raised ground floor comprises an entrance hall leading to the living room, an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen, a living room opening onto an enclosed, raised terrace with spa, a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and en-suite shower room, a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed and en-suite shower room, a full bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs is a dormitory bedroom with 7 single beds (90cm), a relaxation area, a full en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet. You then have access to a souplex, accessible to people with reduced mobility, from the outside as well as from the inside via a lift. It comprises a kitchen-living room, a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed, and an en suite shower room with toilet. There is a large games room with table football, pool table, table tennis and a sitting area for playing games or watching films. Linen room. This house promises entertainment even in bad weather! Outside, take advantage of the enclosed, shaded grounds of around 1000 m².
