To discover ... this beautiful gîte with a capacity of 12 people, in the heart of Lauragais, a few kilometers from Nailloux, from the Canal du Midi.
This beautiful farm of 400 m2, on two levels, has been completely renovated with quality materials and great amenities in order to create an atmosphere conducive to welcoming families or friends, while preserving everyone's privacy!

In summer you can enjoy the private swimming pool (10 m by 5 m) located in the beautiful garden adjoining the house.
A beautiful terrace with garden furniture and barbecue will also be at your disposal for summer meals!

Culinary weekends to learn, or improve, in the preparation of regional dishes are also offered by the owners (former caterers).
The house is prepared to accommodate 14 people.
You will find all the amenities there:
On the ground floor: a semi-professional kitchen with a large dining area, a beautiful living room, and a separate bedroom with a 180 bed, shower room adjoining the bedroom, separate WC.
Upstairs: large living room with dining area and games available (billiards, table football, Wii console, library area).
You will also find upstairs 4 beautiful bedrooms: 2 of them each with a 160 bed and a shared bathroom, the other 2 with a 180 bed and one of them with 2 90 cm beds bunk in addition, adjoining and private bathrooms for these last 2 bedrooms.
A cot and a child bed are also available.
The library reading corner has a sofa bed that converts to 140.
All rooms are prepared for your arrival, sheets and linen provided. Each room is equipped with a flat screen TV.
