Welcome to our flat, A 50m² flat on the 2nd floor of a residence with lift, ideally located right next to the beach and Wimereux town centre, with stunning sea views as a bonus! It has a small entrance hall, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bright living room, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90cm), a bathroom and separate toilet. The flat is equipped with WiFi. Included in the rental : -Household linen including towels, bath sheets, bath mats, bed linen and tea towels. Welcome kit including scraper sponge, 1 absorbent cloth, 1 30 ml washing-up liquid, 1 30L bin liner, 1 roll of toilet paper & 1 dishwasher tablet. -Utilities and cleaning included in the price. -Enclosed garage (suitable for small/medium cars) -Wifi Outside : -Immediate access to the sea wall -Town centre 5 minutes' walk away -Balcony with table and chairs -Intercom Baby equipment available: -1 cot -1 high chair -1 bath -1 toilet booster for the little ones Parking : *you can try to fit your car in the garage; closed garage available at the rear of the building (WARNING narrow garage, suitable for small and medium cars) *width 210cm *height 183cm *depth 380cm. *Possibility of unloading in front of the residence, then parking in town; free parking 5 minutes' walk away (see plan in photos). *Daytime parking in Wimereux is subject to a charge from 1 April to 31 October each year. Rental from Saturday to Saturday only, tourist tax not included. From private individual to private individual, no fees or commissions on rentals. Deposit required: 100€ by cheque or bank transfer. The flat is less than 10 minutes' walk from Wimereux TER station (distance of approximately 650m).
