Small 30 m2 flat on the 1st floor of a detached house, located in a cul-de-sac in the village of Berrwiller, on the Alsace wine route. Located between Colmar (35 km) and Mulhouse (25 km). At the foot of Old Armand. (Hartmannswillerkopf), battlefield of the 1914/1918 war. Ideal starting point for hikers and visitors to the region. As the owner is a hiking guide, he will be delighted to suggest or accompany you on beautiful walks in the Vosges mountains. You can park your car in the private courtyard. The owner's washing machine can be made available on request for €2 per machine. The compulsory tourist tax is payable in addition: €0.88 per person per night (free for minors). The booking cheque will act as a deposit cheque and the total amount of your rental must be paid in full on the day of your arrival. Pets are accepted under certain conditions, to be agreed with the owner. Any damage caused by the animal will be charged to the owner.
