Description

Large F2 40m² in Colmar, 250m from thé pedestrian zone and the Tourist Center. Ideal for exploring Colmar by walking ! It is located in a small, quiet area, away from the road. Large free private car park in front of our flat and for cyclists, a secure bicycle garage is at your disposal. It is very bright, West oriented, and accessible on one level through the living room. A living room with flat-screen color TV, DVD player, beautiful equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, multifunction oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, grill ...), The bathroom offers a 70 x 160cm shower area, a washbasin with storage space and a hair dryer. The bedroom is very bright and spacious, in a very "cozy" style with a 140 x 200 cm bed, a 2-door wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Our furnished apartment is equipped with "Bébé Confort" to also accommodate the little ones (travel cot, high chair, changing mat, bath seat ...) Washing machine and cleaning products available on site.
