Nice little cottage "MUSCAT", a furnished duplex, very well equipped, located in KAYSERSBERG in a quiet and very green setting. AIR CONDITIONED. It is very functional, ideal for 1 couple or 1 couple with 1 or 2 children, sleeping for 5 people maximum. Upstairs: 1 large double bed 140 and 1 single bed 90 and the bathroom. On the ground floor: 1 main room with dining area, equipped kitchenette, lounge area and toilets. *private terrace with garden furniture, parasol and electric barbecue. *shops nearby less than 300 m away. *municipal swimming pool at 500 m, pharmacy, doctor at 900 m *the town center of Kaysersberg, picturesque and so typical is at 900 m *free loan of baby equipment (cot, bathtub, ..) *pets are not accepted Well located between vineyards and mountains, good starting point to "explore" our beautiful region. You can visit the heart of Alsace, its Wine Route, its magnificent villages such as Riquewihr, Eguisheim, Bergheim, Hunawihr, Ribeauvillé, Ammerschwihr, Turckheim, St Hippolyte, its castles, its many museums of all kinds, visit a wine cellar, discover our Alsatian gastronomy, our customs and traditions, our folklore, .. There are really many things to do and see, and all these activities and visits are less than 20 km away. For snow lovers, the Lac Blanc resort is 20 minutes from the cottage (snowshoes, sleds, skiing). The price of the week (7 nights) varies according to the seasons, from €400 to €570 all charges included (water, electricity, heating and air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi connection, private parking space), bed linen and towels included.
