Kitchen with electric hob (2 rings), fridge, freezer, microwave, mini-oven, coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, crockery. Washing machine, iron and ironing board. Living room with TV and dining area, sofa bed (sleeps two), open-plan bedroom with double bed, bathroom with large shower and WC. Courtyard (shared with the owner). Sheets and towels provided. Cot and high chair available on request. Night watchman (from 01/05 to 31/10 at 22:00, from 01/12 to 23/12 at 21:00, 31/12 at midnight). Ideally located for visiting Colmar and the Alsace vineyards. Close to Germany and Switzerland. Turckheim wine cellar 1 km away. Local shops: bakery (350 m), Crédit Mutuel, tearoom, restaurants, bar, mini-market. Supermarkets 4 km away. Pets accepted on request only and subject to conditions, optional supplement to be ticked 30€. Compulsory cleaning supplement: €40 per stay Tourist tax: €1.10 per adult per night.
