A totally restored stone house of the early 19th century located in the very heart of the wineyard and 500 m from the Gironde estuary, the largest in western Europe.In Saint Seurin on the Route des Chateaux on a hilltop in a little village called Cadourne, 5 km far from Saint Estèphe, 12 km from Pauillac and 20 km from the huge ocean beaches and Soulac sur mer beautiful seaside resort.
Walks on hiking trails all around the house as well as along the river will charm you, you will like the typical little fishing ports. You will also discover and visit the beautiful Châteaux which have built the reputation of our nice region and the Brion Gallo-Roman archeological site. Alain and Sylvie have prepared 3 bedrooms with individual bathroom in the garden which you can enjoy as well as the swimming pool and a terrace with a nice view on the vineyards and the water swamp.
