On the ground floor: You’ll find a large, welcoming living area comprising a lounge, sitting room and open-plan kitchen, all bathed in natural light and exuding a warm atmosphere. A first bedroom (king-size double bed) and a second bedroom (double bed, 140x190) provide comfortable accommodation for family or friends, along with a bathroom featuring a shower and bath, and a separate toilet. Upstairs: The large, light-filled mezzanine continues the cosy feel of the house, with a workspace if required, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed (king-size) and a single bed (90x190). The outdoor sun terrace, surrounded by greenery, almost gives the impression of being nestled amongst the trees: a perfect spot for reading, relaxing or soaking up the sun in complete tranquillity. Outside, the terrace invites you to unwind and make the most of those long summer evenings: al fresco dining, relaxing in the outdoor lounge, a nap in the hammock or simply enjoying the tree-lined garden and the peaceful surroundings.
