Located 2 km from the beaches, 500 m from La vélodyssée, 400 m from the typical village of Moliets, at the foot of the pond Moliets, you can enjoy on foot or by bike all activities, entertainment and shops.
Its heated pool, bicycles available, optimal comfort for a carefree holiday!
The villa has three bedrooms :
The master bedroom with dressing room, shower, separate toilet and sink. With a bed in 140.
The guest room with a bed 140.
And the children's room with two beds in 140 bunk.
These two bedrooms are adjacent to the bathroom with bath and double sink.
There is also a second independent toilet.
The fenced garden and pool are not overlooked, with a ping pong table and barbecue. Three bicycles are available.
Holiday checks accepted.

la localisation, les équipements, la piscine, l'absence de vis à vis, la présence des draps et serviettes et les petites attentions
Il faudrait rajouter un store à la fenêtre de la douche de la suite parentale, un détail !
Le calme du lieu, conforme à la description, n'a d'égal que la gentillesse des propriétaires.
Maison propre , lumineuse et agréable. Jardin et piscine très bien entretenus. Tout est prévu sur place pour le jour de l’arrivée ( papier wc, essuie tout , produit vaisselle, lessive , etc...) il ne manque rien pour démarrer le séjour . Ce fut très agréable de trouver sur place des vélos, des bandes dessinées, des dvd etc...Le propriétaire a pensé à tout .
Très belle maison tout confort, très propre et fonctionnelle , des propriétaires arrangeants.
