My wife and I have restored this old borde dating from 1848 to make a pleasant and functional holiday cottage so that our visitors can enjoy a welcoming stay in the inland Basque country of Lower Navarre! I'm a cookery and patisserie teacher on permanent leave which means I can make all the preparations in the welcome basket you'll find when you come to Elgarteberria!!!!
