Description

This gîte is located in the heart of a small, quiet village in the Haut-Nivernais region, crossed by the Canal du Nivernais and the River Yonne, close to the cycle route (EuroVélo6). Come and discover the hiking trails, the Morvan regional park, Clamecy (an ancient medieval town), Tannay (vineyards), Vézelay and Guédelon. Created in part of an old winegrowers' house, close to the owners, this gîte has, on the ground floor, a lounge, dining room, equipped kitchen (dishwasher), separate toilet (with washing machine); upstairs a large bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190), a family room with 1 double bed (160x200) followed by a small bedroom with 1 single bed (80x190), shower room and toilet. Enjoy the enclosed wooded grounds of over 3,000 m2, with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, swing and table tennis. Open from April to October.
