This 40 m² semi-detached house for 2 people is pleasantly located in a peaceful setting 700 m from the town centre, 800 m from the station and 1 km from the port. Outside, enjoy a terrace overlooking the enclosed garden, with garden furniture and barbecue. There is also a courtyard with a small terrace at the front of the house. Inside, you will find a kitchen with a dining area (television, coffee machine, pod coffee machine, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine); a separate living room with a sofa, a 2nd television and DVD player; and finally, a separate bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200cm) that can be twinned; a shower room with shower and a separate WC. The living areas are equipped with electric roller shutters. There is also a bike shed and parking a few metres from the rental property. Private washing machine. WIFI is available in the gite.
