You would like to discover a holiday home in the middle of unspoiled nature! Or are you a hiking enthusiast? Or are you simply looking for serenity in an environment with protected biodiversity. This house will please you for a quiet and relaxing stay. Reconnect with nature in this little green setting of Kergillot Braz in Pommerit le Vicomte. You will appreciate the healing and tranquility of the place while being only 30 minutes by road from the sea for beach days! The house, in stone and full of character, has on the ground floor : - a living room with lounge area, dining table and kitchen - a bedroom with a double bed - a bathroom with walk-in shower (with WC). Upstairs you have two other independent bedrooms, under the roof, one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds. For your comfort, a toilet has also been installed upstairs, as a dry toilet. Outside you have your private space half lawn half terrace and a garden table and a barbecue. Deckchairs are at your disposal to rest. You will find an orchard, a garden of aromatic plants and edible flowers, a small apiary that you can visit if you wish... with tasting of herbal teas, compotes, spreads and honey made by Bertrand and Valérie, if you feel like it! The house does not have the Tourism and Handicap label, but the single-storey configuration with the bedroom on the ground floor, the Italian shower with curtain can make holidays easier for people with reduced mobility. We'll be there on arrival to welcome you and show you around the holiday home and its facilities. You'll also find all the environmentally-friendly cleaning products you need on site: washing-up liquid and dishwasher, household cleaner, washing powder and fabric softener, soap, tea towel and sponge. A small welcome gift, made entirely by me, will be offered so that you can taste the products from my plant or fruit production. If you're interested, I'll be happy to take you on a tasting tour of my garden. We've also prepared some easy-to-carry maps for your walks, and we'll be happy to give you information about visiting the region.
