This quiet, spacious and bright 80 m² flat is ideally located on the port of Audierne, close to shops, restaurants and crêperies. You'll love the small Capucins beach 500 m away or the large sandy Trescadec beach 1.5 km away and the magnificent Pointe du Raz site less than 20 m away. Duplex flat on the 2nd floor of a house: 4 people, 2 bedrooms, 1 bed 160, 2 beds 90, cot and equipment on request, (sheets and towels provided, beds made on arrival), living room-kitchen, 1 shower room with WC. 1 bathroom with WC, combined freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV (cable-satellite), WIFI internet, Hi-Fi, intercom, free parking nearby. Prices per week from 410 euros to 590 euros. 410 euros: 04 April to 13/06, 29/08 to 26/09. 420 euros: 26/09 to 14/11. 490 euros: 13/06 to 04/07, 22/08 to 29/08. 590 euros: 04/07 to 22/08. Water, electricity, wifi, sheets and towels included in the price. During the heating period from 15 October to 01 April, the rental price includes a flat rate of 10 KW per day. Additional KW beyond the fixed rate will be invoiced at the rate of 0.22 per KW. Tourist tax not included. End-of-stay cleaning 60 euros. Additional towel hire 7 euros.
