Description

A cosy little nest perched on the 3rd floor of a house with its feet in the water, the Capelan studio enjoys a plunging view of the sea. At high tide, you'd think you were on board an ocean liner! Like its neighbour, Locarec, with which it can communicate to accommodate 4 people, it has a 3-metre-wide sliding window. Capelan is designed to accommodate a couple (2 beds 80 cm joined or not) and a child (BZ), it is a single room of 30 m2 with integrated kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave), living room and sleeping area, bathroom with WC, private washing machine, shared tumble dryer, TV, unlimited Internet access. Baby equipment, children's games, sports equipment and libraries are all available. On-site parking, water sports, bike hire, fishing, hiking trails, beaches.
