Ideally located 200 m from the magnificent sandy beach of St-Cava, at the entrance to Aber-Wrac'h and close to the Île Vierge lighthouse, the highest lighthouse in Europe, it is also the starting point for numerous hiking trails, water sports activities and fishing. Semi-detached house not overlooked for 4 people Ground floor: fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, combi-freezer, microwave), living room, utility room, separate WC, possibility of a 5th bed in the living room, to be discussed with the owner.
