Welcome to the Abers region. A relaxing stopover close to a sandy beach and the GR34. Stone house with character set in landscaped grounds of 5000 m² with private 18-hole mini-golf course. Panoramic sea view. Direct access to coastal paths and sea. Detached house: sleeps 7, 4 bedrooms, 5 single beds (90cm), 1 double bed (160cm), living room-kitchen, 2 shower rooms with WC, 1 bathroom/shower room with WC, 1 separate WC, dishwasher, microwave, combined freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV (cable-satellite), WiFi access, courtyard, terrace, balcony, 2 bicycles available, children's games, table tennis, table football, barbecue, garden furniture, enclosed garden and park, parking and garage. Underfloor heating by gas condensing boiler with hot water production. Cleaning is charged at €140 (doubled for stays of more than 3 weeks). Sheet hire €15 per person. Bathroom linen hire €7 per person. 2025 tourist tax: €1.45 per day per adult.
