The advantages of the accommodation
Description
Rental located in the quiet countryside by the sea, just 80 metres from the beach. There are many lovely walks along the beach with its 17 km of coastline. The GR 34 hiking trail passes in front of the house. The town of Roscoff and its thalassotherapy centre are just a few minutes from the house, and from the beach you can see the island of Batz (departing from Roscoff) and the Pointe de Perharidy..... Detached house for 5 people: : Ground floor: fitted kitchen (combined freezer, dishwasher, microwave), living room, separate WC, veranda, utility room. First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and TV, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm). Shower room with WC. Facilities and services: washing machine, TV, DVD, WIFI internet, bed linen provided, beds made on arrival, bicycles available. Outside amenities: courtyard, garden furniture, barbecue, garage, bikes available. Weekly rates: Consult the schedule to see the rates for your stay. Weekends of 3 or 4 days available; please contact us. Supplements : Cleaning (optional): 60 €. Fuel heating: 30 € per stay from October to May, electricity to be paid according to consumption.
