  • Additional information :
What is a tiny house? It is a very small ecological house made of wood, whose layout has been carefully studied. It is an alternative habitat which allows to live a simple life, without cutting back on comfort. Tiny Doll was built in Dordogne and then towed to Dol-de-Bretagne. It is made of eco-responsible, bio-sourced, local and 97% recyclable materials.

Dry toilets : they do not use water and thus avoid wasting about ten litres of drinking water each time they are used. Instead, you throw a shovelful of sawdust into the bowl after each use, which will help absorb odours, and then empty the bucket into the compost every day. Don't worry: dry toilets don't give off any odours and you get used to using them very quickly.

Dol-de-Bretagne has been awarded the "Petite Cité de Caractère®" label and offers visitors its architectural treasures. The Cathedral of Saint-Samson, a jewel of Breton Gothic, bears witness to the former episcopal city. Medieval houses, one of which dates back to the 12th century, give all their charm to this warm and dynamic town all year round thanks to its numerous shops and weekly markets. The ramparts are now highlighted: a more than pleasant path, which links the centre of Dol to its cathedral Saint-Samson.
From Dol-de-Bretagne, you will have a breathtaking view of the Mont-Dol and the whole bay of the Mont Saint-Michel.
