Garden and terrace. 5 min walk along a footpath to Moustérian beach, 1.5km from the village with all amenities. Very bright and quiet. WIFI access. No downloads permitted from this connection. Living room with bay window overlooking terrace and lawn. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Sitting area with sofa bed (160x200) and television with DVD player. Shower room: walk-in shower and washbasin, hairdryer. Separate toilet. Mezzanine with 2 beds 90x200 that can be moved closer together. Baby equipment available on loan (cot, high chair, pushchair). Bed linen and towels not included. Linen can be provided as an optional extra. Optional cleaning on departure. Pets are only allowed with the owners' agreement. Numerous activities available: Beach, fishing, Base Nautique de Moustérian 1 km away; Sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking (hire available). Bicycles available for hire. Falguérec nature reserve 3 km away for birdwatching. Numerous hiking and cycling trails. You can visit the many islands of the Gulf with the Vedettes: île aux Moines (5-minute boat ride), île d'Arz, etc., Tour du Golfe. Séné is a very pleasant commune close to Vannes, which is very popular with tourists. Organic market in Séné on Fridays in the late afternoon. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
