About this Holiday rental
Comfortable gite "Heart of nature" located on the second floor of a house of character for 4 people in a green setting near Arbois and Poligny.
The entrance opens directly onto a large covered terrace with a view of the forest and the fields, and a large room with a fully equipped open kitchen (multifunction microwave, coffee maker, toaster, raclette, fondue, grill, pancake, bread maker, etc.). The living room is equipped with a table soccer, a home cinema, a Wifi connection and a living room table. The room is bright and you can sit on a large sofa.
You will find a bathroom for each room with a view on the environment and the nature from the shower. The toilets are independent for the first room and common to the shower room for the second.
You will benefit from a private washing machine and the dryer is shared with the owners.
Two spacious and luminous independent rooms decorated with taste are at your disposal. (bed linen is provided).
The first one has a bed in 140 x 190.
The second one has a bed in 160 x 200.
You will have an additional room away from the "leisure" areas where you can settle down to read a book, take a nap.
You will be able to take advantage of the spacious exteriors without opposite at the foot of the lodging, (Swing, barbecue, tables and 4 corners lunch /apéro, transat)
Local allowing to store bicycles.
For the animals, to see with the owners.
2 nights minimum, possibility of seeing with the owners for stays not proposed. ( 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 nights )
The cleaning is 50€ for 4 persons.
For weekly rentals, an initiation/discovery of Comtoise flavors is included.
An evening "Saveur comtoise" will be proposed to you.
When the gite is rented for two persons : a closed room.

Appartement super, très pratique et agréable avec les enfants, il est équipé de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin et même plus, et mention spéciale pour le baby-foot qui a donné lieu à des parties endiablées!

Superbe gîte où Corinne et Yves nous ont accueillis avec un agréable feu de cheminée ambiance cosi et chaleureux, petite terrasse couverte pour petit déjeuner ou déjeuner face à la nature !! Splendide !! Randonnées en forêt au pied du gîte. Endroit à découvrir si vous aimez la nature.......

Séjour reposant dans un écrin de verdure entouré d oiseaux et de lapins en liberté !!
Hôtes bienveillants, discrets, de trés bons conseils, Soirée comtoise trés conviviale grâce à Corinne et Yves, par la découverte de très bons produits locaux (vins, fromages, charcuteries...)
Si on veut chipoter, on va dire que le frigo était un peu petit.
Un gite qui porte bien son nom, au calme et où il fait bon vivre , nous y retournerons.
