About this Holiday rental

Discover this splendid, bright and modern detached chalet. The accommodation is very comfortable with its 143 m² and 30 m² of balcony facing south. To access the chalet, there are 42 steps, yes, this beautiful accommodation has to be earned!


On the ground floor, enjoy the 23 m² entrance hall with a bay window where you will find everything you need to leave your jacket and shoes, this room also serves as a corridor to access the bedrooms and the shower room. The first independent bedroom of 16 m² is equipped with a 160*200 bed with a round table and a wardrobe. The second one has 2 bunk beds (4 x 90) with a desk and a bookcase. There is a bathroom with a large shower and a washing machine. There is an independent toilet.

On the first floor, enjoy the very large living room of 58 m² with the fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, ...), there is a dining area with a large table for 6 people, the bright living room by its bay windows is very pleasant and comfortable. From the living room, enjoy the large balcony where you can admire the breathtaking and panoramic view. The garden is adjacent to the balcony, it is partly enclosed. (some meters are not)

On the second floor, enjoy the mezzanine which is equipped with 2 beds of 80 or a bed 160, a library and games for animated evenings.

Trés bien situé, Les Rousses et St Claude (pour ses commerces) sont prohes. Trés propre et trés bien équipé. Fromagerie, restaurants non loin :)

Peut-être qu'un seche linge pour les temps humides serait un +

Gîte parfait, tout y est ! Trés calme avec superbe vue. Terrasse & barbecue trés appréciables :) Trés bien situé. Fonçez !
