Description

Come and enjoy this 80m2 house for rent with all the comforts you need for your holidays in the Aude. It comprises: Ground floor: A large entrance hall with space for bicycles, cupboard, washing machine, iron and ironing board. First floor: spacious living room with TV, wifi, wood-burning stove, board games. The kitchen is fully equipped (gas cooker, SENSEO and filter coffee makers, dishwasher, some food processors). There is a shower room with WC and a first bedroom with two 90cm beds. On the second floor, there is a master bedroom with a 30m2 sunny terrace equipped with a plancha grill and garden furniture (chairs, deckchairs). Baby equipment available (chair and cot), bed linen on request at extra cost, cleaning option. Air conditioning The house is available to rent all year round. In low season, it is possible to rent for two nights. Please do not hesitate to contact me. Welcome and departure by the owners, we will be able to inform you about all the activities close to your holiday rental. Ferrals-les-Corbières is a small village close to Lézignan-Corbières. You can enjoy its peace and quiet while taking advantage of the many shops: pizzeria, restaurant, bakery, grocery shop, hairdresser, beautician, gym and even a cinema when the weather is bad.
