Recently renovated, this former winegrower's house of 136 m² living space comprises on the ground floor an entrance hall with WC, a large bedroom with a 160 bed, a living room, a laundry room and a large kitchen opening onto a covered terrace with access to the fully enclosed garden and the swimming pool.
Upstairs you will find a bathroom with WC and two bedrooms; one with a 160 bed and the other with two 90 beds. Travel cot and high chair available if needed.
This property near the village center (300 m) benefits from a wooded and fully enclosed area with a view on the hills of the fortified castle "le Castellas".
In front of the gîte, a closed car park can easily accommodate 3 vehicles.
In the garden, the swimming pool (shared with the owners) is secure and accessible until 10 p.m.
The cottage is close to hiking and biking trails, cities with a strong cultural character and their festivals (Avignon, Orange, Nîmes, Uzès, Arles, etc.) and places of gourmet tourism (restaurants, cellars and wine houses, Provencal markets, groups of producers, etc.).
