You'll also find a fully equipped summer kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, induction cooktop, and griddle, along with an adjacent laundry room for your convenience. The veranda and living room open onto this spacious terrace and the shaded park, offering the perfect environment for relaxing with family or friends. The private pool (8 x 4 m, depth from 1.20 to 1.80 m), lined with natural stone edging and surrounded by a shaded lawn with sun loungers, invites you to unwind.
