A spacious 20m2 veranda + 24m2 terrace (with relax and garden furniture) offering a beautiful view of the bowling marina and its boats. When you enter the accommodation you will find on your left the bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC, followed by a cabin room with a bunk bed (lower bed: 140cm, upper bed: 90cm), on your right the kitchen area (open to living room) equipped with a hob (4 burners), fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine!! The living room is composed of a sofa bed, storage unit, armchairs and flat screen television and finally the bedroom with bed (140cm) and wardrobe, with direct access to the veranda.
