The advantages of the accommodation
Description
Our gîte is ideally situated to do everything on foot: 5 minutes from the supermarket, the municipal swimming pool and 10 minutes from the town centre, you can visit Céret in complete tranquillity and enjoy the many restaurants and bars in the town. Our house was completely renovated in 2020 and offers great comfort and can accommodate up to 4 travellers. With a surface area of 85m², it consists of a large living room, two bedrooms equipped with 140 and 80 beds, which can be converted into 160, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with an Italian shower and a separate toilet. Private terrace with garden furniture and electric grill available, free parking in front of the house. Wifi connection (fibre) available. In the vicinity of Céret, many activities for all tastes: hiking, Lake Saint Jean at 10 minutes by car with accrobranches and water activities, Spain at only 15 minutes. Our gîte is also very well situated for the curists of Amélie Les Bains and Le Boulou. Do not hesitate to contact us by phone or via the contact form, see you soon!

To welcome you, we are in the same street and will be there when you arrive and when you leave. If necessary, we can intervene quickly. The villa is rented for a maximum of four people. Cleaning products are available. Sheets and household linen can be provided at extra cost.

Céret has a remarkable museum of modern art, which will double in size in 2022, and a must-see music museum. The town centre is picturesque, with terraced bars in the shade of the town's emblematic plane trees. Its Saturday market under the two-hundred-year-old plane trees is renowned far beyond the commune. Beautiful shops in town. There are many superb, signposted walks in the mountains. An electric shuttle bus takes you to the centre several times a day, stopping just 150m from the house. On foot: Take a walk along the river Tech, which is only 500m away. Municipal swimming pool (€3) 5 minutes away. Town centre (8000 inhabitants) 10 minutes away. Supermarket 4 minutes away. Lac de St Jean is 10 minutes away by car, a great place for walks and tree climbing in the plane trees. By car: the sea 30 minutes away, Spain 20 minutes.

Retired people just 100m from the property. We love our beautiful village of Céret, with its bright blue sky and 200-year-old plane trees. We love the sea, it's so close; we love the mountains, they surround us. The Saturday market and the shady terraces have definitely won us over. We're delighted that you've come to discover our little corner of paradise.
