Chalet Les Ecureuils, on the heights of Xonrupt-Longemer with lovely views of the Massifs and the village, 1 km from the centre, 2.5 km from Lac de Longemer and 5 km from Gérardmer. Garden level: Entrance, 1 separate master bedroom with double bed (140x190) and en-suite bathroom with toilet. 1 second independent bedroom with double bed 140x190. Shower room with WC. Pellet stove. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. First floor: Separate fitted kitchen, living room with television and decoder and free Wi-Fi, hi-fi system and separate toilet on the landing. From the living room, there is access to the mezzanine/reading room with a sofa and a second television with DVD player and a third, smaller independent attic bedroom with 2 beds 80x190, ideal for children. Outside: private parking for 2/3 cars and garage, 2 terraces, one of which (70 m²) has been fitted out, and a smaller one overlooking the kitchen and balcony. Enclosed 1500 m² garden with barbecue and deckchairs. Facilities : Toaster, raclette and fondue set, immersion blender, filter coffee maker plus Tassimo and Senséo, kettle, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and fridge-freezer, washing machine, ironing board plus iron, hoover..., For babies: baby high chair, cot, baby bath, booster seat... The main heating is electric, the pellet stove is a complement, it is filled and a bucket is provided for your arrival. (Possibility of buying pellets to the owner at 6.00 € the bag of 15 kg) asked the concierge. Charge EDF and tourist tax 1.30 € per day and per adult are additional. Pets are welcome at no extra charge.
