Situated between Lectoure and La Romieu, Au Bousquet is a former wine estate. Now a holiday resort, it is a quiet, leafy 8-hectare site with panoramic views over the Gers valley. The 19th-century building is home to the Coq René gîte, created in 2004. Rated 4 stars and 4 keys Clévacances, it can accommodate 4 people. Ground floor: 48 m2 lounge/living room, fitted kitchen. First floor: a 20m² bedroom with a 160x200 bed, study, etc. View of the swimming pool and park. An open-plan bedroom of 25m² with 2 twin beds (90x190), reading area, study, etc. View of the pool and park Shower room, 2 washbasins and separate WC. Outside, 8ha park. Private swimming pool. Boulodrome Terrace, deckchairs, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, children's games, etc. The gîte is open from June to September, but the booking service is open all year round.
