This gîte is located on the ground floor of the tower and overlooks the garden and the entrance. It is composed of : - an independent bedroom with a bed of 160X200 and 2 cupboards. - a bathroom with a 140x80 shower, a single washbasin, a suspended toilet and a towel rail - a living room with a rapido 120X200 sofa (wooden slatted base) for an extra bed (or possibly 2 for very short stays or children), a folding table and 4 chairs, a coffee table - a kitchenette overlooking the living room with induction hob, extractor hood, microwave oven with grill function, dishwasher, small fridge with freezer zone - a terrace with garden furniture separate from that of the Pujaudrine gite. The 2 terraces can be combined if you rent the 2 guestrooms with your family or friends. Outside laundry common to the 4 gîtes (in the process of being installed) Minimum booking: 2 nights in low and medium season excepted long week-end of mai and june and christmas, 4 nights minimum in high season except from July 12nd to August 23th. Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Breakfast, meals and picnic baskets can be booked at least 24 hours in advance. The swimming pool is shared by the guests of the 4 gîtes and the owners. It is accessible from 9am to 7pm. Children are under the full responsibility of the adults accompanying them. Concerning the swimming pool, it is up to our tenants to take all the necessary precautions for the use of the installations and in particular of the swimming pool shared with the tenants of the other gîtes and the owners; especially if they stay with young children of whom they must ensure the supervision. The swimming pool is equipped with an alarm approved according to the NF P90-307-1 standard and is protected by a barrier. Animals are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the gîtes. The waste water from the gîtes is treated by a phyto-purification system (natural filtration) with a pumping station and 2 pumps.
