The apartment is located in the residence "Les Jardins du Ramel", nestled in a large park, 300 meters from the Etigny alleys (shops and restaurants), 600 meters from the thermal baths and 400 meters from gondolas from the ski resort of Superbagnères. This apartment T3 of 40 m ² with two balconies exposed South offers a splendid view on the surrounding mountains of which the port of Vénasque, one of the balconies is furnished with a living room of garden and a parasol, the other one, a lockable ski locker.
