Cottage in the heart of the Pyrenees, near Pic du Midi de Bigorre
If you like nature, quiet, the beauty of old stone house with character, you will be enjoy.
Renovated and comfortable gîte located in a park within an 1850 house, decorated with century-old trees and a magnificent rose garden in the spring.
A barn separate the gîte from the owners' house.
The cottage, of about 90 m², is composed of:
• on the ground floor:
- a living room with modern and equipped kitchen open to the living room, 6-seater island, living room with 2 sofas, fireplace with pellet insert, TV on the wall
• upstairs :
- mezzanine with sofa bed, secretary cabinet, TV on the wall
- Prairie bedroom, double bed 140, French window opening onto the through balcony, mountain view depending on the weather
- Soleil room, with two single beds, French window opening onto the through balcony, mountain view depending on the weather
- bathroom with shower, towel dryer, wc
The gite has a partly covered outdoor terrace/garden without overcrowding, ideal for taking your meals and aperitifs. A plancha is at your disposal
The park is planted with majestic trees that are welcome to provide shade during the hot weather.
An annex hut at the entrance of the gîte under the barn houses the washing machine, dryer and sanitary facilities.

The cottage is located near Tournay, 15 km from Tarbes, 17 km from Bagnères-de-Bigorre, 40 minutes from La Mongie, Pic du Midi de Bigorre and Lourdes.
Lac d'Arrêt Darré: hiking, mountain biking, playgrounds for children, sports trail, concerts. Sumptuous setting with mountain views.

The Adour river has its source in the western Pyrenees and joins the Bay of Biscay (Atlantic Ocean) south of the Landes de Gascogne, describing a curve of 335 km.
The Pays de l'Adour (in Gascon lous Païs d'Adoù(r), dictionary by Simin Palay1), territories crossed by the Adour and its tributaries, extend from the western Pyrenees and their piedmont towards the limit between the basin of the Adour and the Garonne basin.

Le calme , Beaucoup de chose à découvrir dans la région, superbe balade en montagne, proche des grandes ville Tarbe et Lourde. nous avons passé un agréable séjour
Propriétaires très accueillants, gîte très confortable , très propre et agencé avec gout . L'endroit est très calme et reposant .
Le confort, la propreté, le calme, la vue, le jardin.
Séjour au top. le gîte est très agréable, fonctionnel et ne manque de rien, l'evironnement est reposant et magnifique. Nous reviendrons:)
Nous avons tout aimé; de l'accueil sympathique, au gîte très propre et bien décoré! Il y a tout ce qu'il faut sur place. Cécile et Laurent sont très accueillants et sont à l'écoute de nos besoins tout en restant discrets. Nous retournerons les yeux fermés dans ce superbe gîte!
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour! Nos hôtes ont été aux petits soins avec nous! Le gîte est très agréable, déco et propreté au top!
Accueil extrêmement chaleureux avec beaucoup de bienveillance, de petites attentions de la part de la propriétaire toujours très joviale. Le gîte a été rénové avec soin et goût. Chaleureux, très propre et fonctionnel pour que l'on se sente "comme à la maison". A proximité du gîte, de bons produits locaux à découvrir dans les fermes ou les marchés aux alentours (fromage, vin, légumes, ...). Gîte idéalement situé pour visiter cette belle région. Séjour très apaisant et ressourçant.

Découverte d'un petit coin de France, fleuri et ombragé, très agréable l'été pour apprécier le calme du jardin.
La maison qui a été entièrement refaite à neuf, avec une décoration confortable. La cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée pour des personnes qui aiment cuisiner et permet de se faire plaisir. Les repas dehors à l'ombre du cognassier, avec vue sur le joli jardin, dans le chant des oiseaux. Le calme absolu, de jour comme de nuit. Enfin, la qualité d'accueil de Cécile et Laurent qui cherchent à rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible, et agissent avec leur coeur.
Pas de déception, tout était idéal.
Un séjour reposant, ouvert sur quelques visites et promenades.
