Welcome to our charming holiday home in Labastide Murat, in the beautiful Lot department. With its 150m² of warm and welcoming space, our gîte can accommodate up to 10 people, making it an ideal getaway for families or groups of friends looking for unforgettable moments. From the moment you arrive, you'll be seduced by the friendly character and welcoming atmosphere of our renovated 2-storey semi-detached house. Nestling along the D677, it enjoys a privileged location just 4 km from the picturesque village of Labastide Murat and its fishing lake. What's more, you're just 18 km from Gramat and Rocamadour, two exceptional sites to explore, and 40 km from Cahors, Figeac and Souillac. When you walk through the doors of our gîte, you'll discover a spacious, comfortable living space. On the ground floor, you'll find a fitted kitchen in an old souillarde, ideal for preparing delicious meals with family and friends. The large living room and lounge invite you to relax and share convivial moments. A comfortable bedroom and separate toilet complete this floor. Upstairs, you'll find three further beautifully appointed bedrooms, offering a peaceful place to rest after a busy day. A shower room and separate toilet are also available for your convenience. The outside of our gîte has plenty to offer! A large terrace lets you enjoy the warm summer evenings, while the vast enclosed garden is perfect for children's games and relaxing in the great outdoors. There's also a swing for the young ones to enjoy. And for a refreshing dip, you can take a dip in our 10 x 5 metre communal pool. After an invigorating swim, an outdoor shower is at your disposal. Nearby, a farm inn invites you to discover the local gastronomy, a real treat for the taste buds. You can also visit the farm animals and leave with local specialities made on the premises. If you'd like to organise a group holiday, you can rent an additional gîte opposite, which can accommodate up to 5 people, making it the ideal place to get together and share a memorable holiday.
