Flat in a renovated 18th-century building in a village 10 km from Albi, with a private, unfenced garden. After a few steps, this accommodation has a shared entrance with 2 other flats. Air-conditioned living room (28m2, flat-screen TV), kitchen/dining area (29 m2, microwave, 3-burner induction hob, pyrolysis multifunction oven, combined freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, kettle). Private covered terrace (18 m2) with garden furniture and plancha. First floor: 1 bedroom (21 m2, 1 bed 180x200 or 2 beds 90x200, 1 bed 90), 1 bedroom (12.5 m2, 1 bed 140), wc, bathroom (bath, shower). Cot available on request. Sheets and towels for hire on request _(sheets provided for all bookings of at least one week except for the cot_). Electric heating. Private outside area of 50 m2 not enclosed.
