Family home in the heart of the TARN between ALBI and CASTRES This atypical, character house built of river pebbles is located in the countryside near Réalmont and Lautrec. Set in peaceful, enclosed grounds, you can enjoy its large, semi-covered terrace equipped with a very functional summer kitchen (plancha, barbecue, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge) and a shower + WC. The private swimming pool is secured with a retractable dome (size: 8.5X4.5, 0.90 to 1.60 deep); open from 01/05/2022 to 31/10/2022. Deckchairs are available. The entrance hall is on the ground floor. This leads to the sleeping area, 1 bathroom (walk-in shower + bath) and 1 shower room (walk-in shower), 1 separate WC and the utility room (sink, washing machine and tumble dryer). The 1st bedroom is 11 m2 and has a 140 cm bed. The 2nd bedroom is 14.50 m2 and has a 160 cm bed. The 3rd bedroom is 10.50 m2 and has a 140 cm bed. The 4th bedroom is 14.20 m2 and has a 160 cm bed and en-suite shower room (shower + WC). On the 1st floor, the large 103 m2 living area includes a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), dining room, lounge with TV and 1 separate WC. On the 2nd floor, there is a 32 m2 mezzanine with 1 x 120 cm bed and armchairs. Private parking Facilities available: WIFI, Canal+, Canalsat, DVD player, table football, books, board games for all ages. Bed linen, towels and household linen are provided. pets are not accepted
