and bright Villa, completely renovated. It has 3 levels (garden level and duplex), and is located
in the heart of Le Touquet, on the Daloz Boulevard, which connects the North and
South of the city.
The
garden level, will enchant you with its friendly
living area and its perfectly equipped American kitchen. It
also has three bedrooms (the «salmon» bedroom with private bathroom, the
«sand» bedroom and the «south» bedroom), a bathroom with toilet and an
independent toilet.
This
level will allow you to access the lower garden floorl with its two additional
bedrooms (the "boulevard" bedroom and the "sud" bedroom) and
a bathroom with toilet.
The 2nd level (1st floor of the duplex) will seduce you with its brightness. The living and dining room bear 5 large
windows and the duplex also includes:
- a fully equipped independent kitchen (bar and stools!)
-
three bedrooms: the "parental" bedroom (with bathroom, italian shower and
private toilet), the "taupe" bedroom and the "pink" bedroom, separated by a
bathroom
- an independent toilet.
The second floor of the duplex part has a fourth bedroom, named "cloud", a shower room and WC.

A lounge area overlooking the terrace will allow you to relax
around a refreshment around the bar.
The 60m² Terrace (with garden furniture), facing south, which overlooks the

Maison sur 4 niveaux très bien agencée pour ne pas se marcher dessus et en même temps partager de beaux moments ensemble. Maison très bien située au centre du Touquet. Vous pouvez laisser la voiture le temps de votre séjour. Tout se fait à pied. Propriétaire très agréable et à l’écoute pour parfaire des vacances inoubliables.
