Le chalet Normand is a late 19th century villa, ideally located in the hyper-center of Houlgate near shops and the beach (50m).The main house of about 90m². It is made up of a large room with a living room, dining room and an open kitchen equipped + WCOn the first floor, you will find a room (bed 160*200), a room (bunk bed 90*190), a room (bed 140*190) + Bathroom with shower and bath + WCA room is equipped with a desk with screen, mouse, keyboard for teleworking. The good wifi will allow you to do your meetings in video without any problems.A sunlit south courtyard, where you can eat, separates the main house from a 40 m² dependency.You want to come with your au pair or step-parents while keeping your privacy, the cottage will give you a fourth bedroom with a shower room and a room with an open kitchen + WC. The lower room is also equipped with a corner for teleworking.Since the house is on main street in Houlgate (rue des bains) some activities can be noisy (concert, festival, restaurant, street animation…). On the other hand, if you want to reduce your Carbone footprint, it will seduce you by its close proximity to everything to enjoy your stay (beach, Beach Club, Kite Club, Cata Rental or paddle, casino, shops).To get there, there is no need for a car and once there everything can be done on foot or by bicycle (3 bicycles are left there).How do I get transportation?
