Description

A family gîte (adjoining a house) close to the salt marshes of the havre de la Vanlée, a remarkable natural site. Sandy beaches are just a few minutes away. On the ground floor: a long living room with a sitting area (TV, DVD player), a dining area and an open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, freezer, etc.). There is also a WC, a shower room and a utility room (washing machine and additional fridge with freezer compartment). 1st floor: three bedrooms with double beds (140cm), one bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), a shower room (shower and double washbasin) and WC. 2nd floor: one double bedroom with double bed (140cm), one bedroom with 2 single beds (80cm) and a recreation room (table football, darts). Outside: large south-facing terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Unenclosed private grounds Washing machine . Electric heating. Cleaning service. Sheets and household linen for hire. Short-stay rates available from the owner. Pet rate: €15/week/pet. Electricity consumption must be added to the price indicated. This is calculated on actual consumption, from which we deduct 8 kWh/day. Price per additional kWh: €0.25
