Located on the old sailors' road, Corinne and Jean -Marie have tastefully renovated this duplex of 80m2 all comfort for 2 to 4 people. Located 20km from Granville, it is a stone’s throw from the main roads of the department to visit the English Channel or 1. 8 km from the sea for a holiday by the water!
To -floor: living room with TV, 1 sofa, pellet stove, dining area and open kitchen (dishwasher, induction hobs, oven, microphone -waves, fridge with freezer box, espresso machine. . . . ), toilet, washing machine.
On the 1st floor, in the mezzanine, you will find the sleeping area (bed 160) with TV, private sauna, shower, bath and toilet.
A second mezzanine can accommodate children with 2 beds of 90.
