The barns of the Gruchy mill, which once belonged to Gustave Flaubert's parents, have been converted into eight duplex gîtes. Each has a living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, shower room and toilet on the ground floor, with direct access to the garden, and a bedroom upstairs. Breakfast is prepared in the fridge, and fresh bread is brought in an outside box near the front door. In fine weather, the use of a barbecue is appreciated. The garden slopes down to a shady park, bordered by the River Clérette, which separates us from our donkeys and sheep. All the accommodation is ready to welcome you: the beds are made, and household linen and towels are available. If it's cold, the fireplace is lit, but there are also electric radiators. At the end of your stay, we take care of the cleaning! Montville is 800 m away, with all the shops, a lake for walks and the Musée des Sapeurs-Pompiers de France for information. The SNCF station, 500 m away, serves the Rouen - Dieppe line. The GR 210, known as the "Chasse Marée", runs alongside. Clères, 8 km away, is famous for its zoo. Rouen, 15 km away, reveals its history. The Côte d'Albâtre, 40 km away, boasts harbours, beaches and cliffs.
