The advantages of the accommodation
Description
Recent house of 63 m2 at the end of a private driveway comprising: - a large through-living room opening onto 2 terraces with open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen. - two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200), the other with 2 single beds (90X190), 1 folding bed with changing table and baby high chair + adaptable baby seat. - a shower room with walk-in shower, - separate WC. There are two terraces, the first enclosed with a dining area (plancha) and garden furniture with parasol, and the second with a duo table, two chairs and parasol. The garden in front of the house is not enclosed. A parking space is available in front of the house (not suitable for a camper van or similar). Bed linen (€10/bed) and towels (€5/person) can be provided. Free WIFI The gite is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. On your arrival, you will be asked for 1 cheque for a deposit of €300, which will be returned at the end of your stay if no damage has been caused to the house. A cleaning charge of €40 if you choose not to clean the house. High season rate (2nd week of July to 3rd week of August): - week = €693 Mid-season rate; (1st week of June to 1st week of July) and (4th week of August to 3rd week of September): - week = €525 Low season rate: (1st week of April to last week of May) and (4th week of September to 1st week of November): - week outside school period = €378 - week during school term = 448€.
